What should my student pack?
What are the details for check-in?
Check-in begins at 6:30 pm on Friday, November at Southside Church.
***Please have your students eat dinner before arrival.***
A late bus will be available to students who are unable to make it to 6:30 check in.
When will you be returning?
Sunday, November 3 at 12:00 pm. Students will be picked up at the church.
What if my student has a food allergy?
Please indicate this in your student’s registration and we will do our best to accommodate their specific needs.
Who can I contact in case of an emergency?
While we want to leave the communication line open, we ask that both students and parents respect the “retreat” environment. Part of the experience for students is to get away from their normal schedule and spend a weekend interacting with other students and connecting with God.
What else do I need to know?
We wish to respect and partner with you as parents, ensuring that your student has an excellent camp experience. There are however a few things that will cause your student to be removed from camp:
