Writing Your Baptism Story

An exciting step after choosing to accept and follow Christ is getting baptized and sharing your personal story! Before your baptism day, we will film a video that lets you tell about accepting Jesus and share why you want to be baptized. Don’t feel anxious, because it’s really not intimidating. We promise!

On this page, you’ll find a sample video as well as a worksheet to help you write your story. Don’t worry or stress about it being perfect or messing up. We’ll be here to help you along the way!

Take a couple of weeks to work on your story, and someone from our team will meet up and help you tell your story and practice for your filming day. We can’t wait to hear about what God has been doing in your life!
